I've got so much on my plate lately, I don't have enough time to blog anymore. This is is a sad state of affiars for me because blogging makes me so happy. Between a new job, school, exams and assigments, I don't know if I'm coming or going!
But on to the fashions, I've been bitten by the peplum trend, I can't get enough of it. I wore this dress early spring, but winter was still hanging around so I paired it with some tights. One thing I didn't realise about this dress is exactly how short it is once you're walking around in it, it does some serious rising up. The slit at the back is also quite risky once the dress rises up, but oh well, I've enjoyed wearing it anyway.
Oh yea, I cut my hair, dyed it blonde, made me feel so young and fresh.

This dress was a great investment from Fashion Express for R 160.00. They have the best cocktail/formal dresses at the best prices. |

DeleteI totally agree with their being "not enough hours in the day". I started two new part-time college teaching jobs and a part-time university course in August, and I've got no time any more. the course and the two jobs only add up to about 30 hours per week, but travelling to and from each of three locations and the prep and other work for each means that the rest of my life seems to have been put on hold.
ReplyDeleteI used to be able to sew (and blog on my sewing blog( a couple of times a week, but there's been a gap of months in my blog and no sewing at all either as I explain on my first blog post in months (http://handmadebyclairebear.com/2012/10/26/almost-no-sewing-at-all/).
I love teaching and I've been trying to get on this course for years, but...
I'm gonna check out your blog, like you say you love teaching and seeing that you're doing something you love its got to be very fulfulling. Everything else will fall into place.
